Ages 4 to 6
First steps, first stories.
Movement basics, rhythm, and cultural play through short, energetic sessions. Lots of variety so attention stays high. The first stage moments happen here.

Ages 7 to 10
The foundation year.
Technique, choreography fundamentals, group work, and first real performances. Students learn how to take direction, work with peers, and own their part in a piece.

Ages 11 to 13
Range and rhythm.
Deeper choreography across multiple forms. Students perform regularly, learn to lead small group sections, and start understanding why each form has the texture it does.
Teen group on stage: advanced choreography moment, dramatic lighting, students mid-position
Ages 14 to 17
Performance grade.
Advanced material, fusion work, and leadership in group pieces. Teen dancers often anchor the academy’s most ambitious performances and mentor younger students alongside their own training.

Regional, rooted.
Punjabi (Bhangra, Giddha), Gujarati (Garba, Dandiya Raas), and other folk traditions taught seasonally.
Bollywood, modern.
Bollywood crossed with contemporary, hip-hop, and jazz funk. For older students with a multi-year background.
